Steps

1. On the Login page click the 'Forgot password?' link.
   The password reset flow begins reset screens not shown.

2. Check your email for password reset instructions and follow the link provided.
   You receive a link or code to reset your password.

3. After resetting your password return to the Login screen and sign in with your new password.
   You can log in with the updated password.

Troubleshooting

1. Password reset email not received.
   Likely Cause: Email went to spam or wrong email address entered.
   Action: Check spam/junk folders, ensure you entered the correct email, and request the reset again.

2. Reset link expired.
   Likely Cause: Reset links often expire for security.
