How do I view my active sessions and sign out devices I no longer use?

Last updated on Aug 26, 2026

Short Answer: Open My account > Active sessions to see device rows. Click 'Revoke Session' for a device, then confirm in the 'Revoke session' dialog.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in to your account.

Steps

  1. Open My account and click the 'Active sessions' tab.
A table lists sessions with columns 'Device', 'Location', 'Last active' and 'Action'.

  2. Find the device row you want to end and click the 'Revoke Session' button in the 'Action' column.
A 'Revoke session' confirmation dialog opens.

  3. Read the confirmation message it warns you'll need to sign in again and choose 'Cancel' or 'Revoke session'.
If you confirm, the selected device's session will be signed out.

  4. If you revoked a device you are currently using by mistake, sign back in and continue.
You regain access using your credentials and any required 2FA.

Troubleshooting

  1. A revoked session still appears in the list.
Likely Cause: The page may need to be refreshed or the remote device had a persistent connection.
Action: Refresh the Active sessions page and revoke again if necessary; wait a few minutes for the session to expire server-side.

  2. I accidentally revoked my current session and were signed out.
Likely Cause: You revoked the session for the device you're using.
Action: Sign back in using your credentials and 2FA if enabled.

  3. 'Revoke Session' is not available for a specific row.
Likely Cause: That row may represent the active session you're using or the UI may restrict the action.
Action: Confirm which device/session you are on; you cannot revoke the session you are currently using without signing out.

Note: Session rows show approximate 'Location' and 'Last active' time example: '4 Hours ago'.
