-
Ability to search and check Spam/Junk folders
Steps

Locate the reset email if it was filtered. -
If you still don't see it, on the "Check your inbox" page click "Resend email".
System attempts to send the reset email again. -
If resending fails, return to Login, reopen "Forgot password", confirm you entered the correct address and click "Send reset link" again.
A fresh reset email is sent.
Troubleshooting
-
Resend email doesn't arrive after repeated attempts.
Likely Cause: Company or email provider is blocking Cointab messages.
Action: Ask your IT or email admin to whitelist mail from Cointab, or try a personal email address if allowed. -
Email arrives but the link/button doesn't open.
Likely Cause: Email client truncated the link or browser blocked it.
Action: Copy the full URL from the email and paste it into your browser, or try opening the message on another device.
Note: The "Check your inbox" page reads: **"If an account exists for **[email protected], we've sent a password reset link. It expires in 30 minutes." This message intentionally does not confirm account existence.
