What do the icons under 'Actions' do?

Short Answer: Pencil = Edit member, Trash = Remove member, Envelope = Re-invite resend invitation.

PreRequisites

  1. Open Settings > Team

Steps

  1. Open the Team page and look at the 'Actions' column for a member row.
    You can see icons for operations on that member.

  2. Use the pencil icon to open 'Edit member', the trash icon to open 'Remove member', and the envelope icon to open 'Re-invite member'.
    The appropriate modal opens for the chosen action.

  3. Confirm the action in the modal or click 'Cancel' to abort.
    Action completes or is cancelled.

Troubleshooting

  1. An expected icon e.g., envelope is not visible on a member row.
    LikelyCause: That action may not be applicable for the member's current Status for example, Active members generally don't show a re-invite option.
    Action: Check the member's Status column; use a different action edit or remove if appropriate.

Note: Examples in the Team table show Active user pencil + trash, Pending user pencil + trash, and Expired user envelope + trash.
