Short Answer: Green check icons indicate successful or recognized events; red cross icons indicate failed authentication attempts.

PreRequisites

  1. Open 'Settings' > 'Security' > 'Access logs'

Steps

  1. Open the 'Access logs' tab under 'Security'.
The table and Action icons are visible.

  2. Look at the icon next to each Action value.
Green check icons accompany actions like 'New device' and 'Recognized device'.

  3. Note that red cross icons accompany failed actions such as 'Incorrect password' and 'MFA failed'.
You can quickly scan for failures via the red icons.

Troubleshooting

  1. Icons are not visible or appear broken.
LikelyCause: Page rendering/CSS issue or browser compatibility problem.
Action: Refresh the page, try a different browser, or clear browser cache; report persistent rendering issues to support.

Note: Icons provide a quick visual cue for success green vs. failure red in the Action column.
