Short Answer: Yes — under 'Reference / Identifier' you can select multiple columns; each selected column appears as a removable token e.g., 'Identifier', 'TestCaseID'.
PreRequisites
-
Open the report's 'Configure file' modal
-
Header row set correctly so column names appear
Steps
-
Open the report's 'Configure file' modal by clicking the pencil icon on the report tile.
You see the 'Reference / Identifier' field under Required fields. -
Click the 'Reference / Identifier' dropdown and select the first column for example 'Identifier'.
A token labeled 'Identifier' appears inside the field. -
Select an additional column for example 'TestCaseID'.
Both tokens appear e.g., 'Identifier' and 'TestCaseID'. -
To remove a selected identifier, click the 'x' on the token.
Token is removed and will not be used as a match key.
Troubleshooting
- Reference / Identifier dropdown is empty or missing expected column.
LikelyCause: Header row is incorrect so headers are not detected.
Action: Set the correct 'Header row' so the column names populate, then re-open the dropdown.
Note: Using multiple identifier columns can improve matching when a single key is insufficient.
