How do I add a report to Side A, Side B, or Side C?

Last updated on Aug 31, 2026

Short Answer: On the Copy reconciliation page click '+ Add report' under the side you want, open the 'Configure file' modal to map required fields, then click 'Save configuration'.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in

  2. Open the Copy reconciliation page

  3. Have the report file ready to upload

Steps

  1. Open the Copy reconciliation page.
You see columns for 'Side A - Your Records', 'Side B - External records', and 'Side C - Settlement records'.

  2. Under the side where you want the report, click '+ Add report'.
An empty report tile appears document icon or the upload/configure flow opens.

  3. If the 'Configure file' modal opens, map your file fields Header row, Date (optional), Amount, Reference / Identifier.
Data preview 20 rows shows sample rows and dropdowns let you pick columns.

  4. When mapping is complete, close the modal and click 'Save configuration' on the main page.
'Save configuration' completes and the report tile shows sample rows e.g., '20 sample rows'.

Troubleshooting

  1. + Add report button not visible.
LikelyCause: You're not on the reconciliation edit page or you lack permissions.
Action: Open the correct 'Copy reconciliation' page and sign in with an account that can edit the reconciliation.

  2. Report appears to upload but no sample rows show.
LikelyCause: Upload failed or file format wasn't detected correctly.
Action: Remove and re-add the report, or re-export the file ensuring a standard CSV/Excel format before uploading.

  3. 'Configure file' modal doesn't open after adding a report.
    LikelyCause: Browser popup/UI error.
Action: Refresh the page and try again; if persistent, try a different browser.

Note: Uploaded report tiles show '20 sample rows' in the screenshots. Map required fields before running reconciliation.
