How do I choose whether a file matches Side A or Side C?

Short Answer: Open the report's 'Configure file' modal and click 'Match with Side A' or 'Match with Side C' at the top-right of the modal.

PreRequisites

  1. Report is added to the reconciliation

  2. You can open 'Configure file' for that report

Steps

  1. On the Copy reconciliation page click the pencil icon on the report tile to open its Configure file modal.
    Modal titled 'Configure file - 1' or 'Configure file - 2' appears.

  2. At the top-right of the modal click either 'Match with Side A' or 'Match with Side C'.
    The selected 'Match with' option is highlighted.

  3. Adjust mappings if needed, close the modal, then click 'Save configuration' on the main page.
    Matching direction for that file is set.

Troubleshooting

  1. I don't see 'Match with Side A' or 'Match with Side C'.
    LikelyCause: You're not in the 'Configure file' modal for a report.
    Action: Open the modal by clicking the pencil icon on the report tile.

Note: Both 'Match with Side A' and 'Match with Side C' appear in the modal header; pick the appropriate one for how the file should be reconciled.
