How do I download the reconciliation report?

Short Answer: From the reconciliation result page click the 'Download report' button at the top-right to export the report data.

  1. Reconciliation has completed and the report page is open

Steps

  1. Open the reconciliation report Amazon MTR Report vs Disbursement Report.
    Report page with summary cards and action buttons is visible.

  2. Click the 'Download report' button at the top-right.
    Browser prompts to save the exported file.

  3. Choose where to save the file and confirm the download.
    File downloaded to your computer.

  4. Open the downloaded file to verify content and totals.
    Exported file contains the reconciliation rows and totals.

Troubleshooting

  1. Clicking 'Download report' does nothing.
    LikelyCause: Browser blocked downloads or session timed out.
