Steps

Open the New reconciliation page where the report tiles are shown.
You see 'Amazon MTR Report', 'Amazon Disbursement' tiles with 'Upload files' areas. -
Click 'Upload files' inside the tile for the dataset you want to add files to.
File browser opens to select files. -
Select one or more CSV, XLS or XLSX files and confirm upload.
Files appear attached in the tile. -
Click 'View format' to check the expected columns and mapping after upload.
A preview opens showing sample rows and required fields.
Troubleshooting

The file is rejected or doesn't upload.
LikelyCause: Unsupported file format or file is corrupted.
Action: Convert or re-save the file as CSV or XLSX and try again. -
Uploaded file shows empty or incorrect columns in preview.
LikelyCause: Header row is wrong or file delimiter differs.
Action: Open 'View format' and update 'Header row' for example to 1 or re-export the file using comma separators.
