How do I download the expected file template for a report?

Short Answer: Open the report's 'View format' modal and click 'Download format' to download the sample template for that Flipkart report.

PreRequisites

  1. Open the New reconciliation page

  2. Click 'View format' on the desired report card

Steps

  1. On the New reconciliation page click 'View format' under the report card.
    'Expected data format' modal opens.

  2. Click the 'Download format' button at the bottom-right of the modal.
    The report template file begins downloading.

Troubleshooting

  1. Download does not start.
    LikelyCause: Browser pop-up blocker or temporary network issue.
    Action: Allow downloads/pop-ups for this site, check your browser downloads folder, or refresh and try 'Download format' again.
