Short Answer: Open the report's 'View format' modal and set the 'Required fields' on the right: 'Sheet', 'Header row', select the correct 'Date' and 'Amount' columns, and choose 'Reference / Identifier' e.g., 'Order Item ID'.

PreRequisites

  1. Have your file's column headers and the header row number ready

  2. Open the report's 'View format' modal

Steps

  1. Click 'View format' for the report on the New reconciliation page.
    'Expected data format' modal opens.

  2. In the 'Required fields' panel set 'Sheet' and the numeric 'Header row' that contains your column headers.
'Sheet' and 'Header row' reflect your file structure Sales Report, Orders, Cash Back Report as shown.

  3. Select the 'Date' field that matches your file. Examples shown: 'Buyer Invoice Date' for Sales, 'Payment Date' for Settlement, 'Invoice Date' for Cashback.
The 'Date' field maps to your file's date column.

  4. Select the 'Amount' field that matches your file. Examples shown: 'Final_amount' or 'Invoice Amount'.
'Amount' maps to the correct numeric column in your file.

  5. Select one or more 'Reference / Identifier' columns. The UI shows 'Order Item ID' or 'Order item ID'.
Reference values will be used to match Side A and Side B records.

  6. Toggle 'Include all records' in 'Records to include' if you want to include every row from the file.
'Include all records' is On if you want to include every row.

  7. Click 'Close' or 'Download format' when done.
Modal closes and mappings are set for that report.

Troubleshooting

  1. Expected column names are not listed in the field pickers.
LikelyCause: Header row is set to the wrong row or the file header names differ.
Action: Set the correct 'Header row' or rename your file column headers to match the expected fields, then re-open 'View format' and remap.

Note: Examples shown in the modals: Sales Report Sheet: 'Sales Report', Header row: '1', Date: 'Buyer Invoice Date', Amount: 'Final_amount', Reference: 'Order Item ID'.
