Steps

On the reconciliation results page click 'Add files & update report'.
Upload area for adding files appears or you are returned to the New reconciliation layout. -
Upload the updated file(s) to the appropriate report card.
New files are shown in the report card upload area. -
Open 'View format' to confirm mappings are still correct after the update.
Mappings aligned to the new file columns. -
Click 'Run reconciliation' to apply the updated files.
Results page updates with new match counts and totals.
Troubleshooting
- Updated files do not change results.
LikelyCause: Files uploaded to the wrong report card or header/mappings mismatch.
Action: Confirm the files are uploaded to the correct report card, open 'View format' to verify field mappings, correct header row if needed, and re-run reconciliation.
Note: Use 'Add files & update report' when you need to refresh source data without creating a new reconciliation from scratch.
