How do I view the expected data format for Flipkart Sales, Settlement, or Cashback reports?

Short Answer: From the New reconciliation page click 'View format' on the report card to open the 'Expected data format' modal showing sample rows and the 'Required fields' panel.

  1. Open the New reconciliation page

  2. No upload required to view the format

Steps

  1. On the New reconciliation page find the report card Flipkart Sales Report, Flipkart Settlement Report, or Flipkart Cashback Report.
    Each report card shows an 'Upload files' area and a 'View format' link.

  2. Click 'View format' for the report you want to inspect.
    'Expected data format' modal opens.

  3. Review the left side sample rows and the right side 'Required fields' Sheet, Header row, Date, Amount, Reference / Identifier, Records to include.
    You can see the exact column names and sample values used for mapping.

  4. Click 'Download format' to get a template or 'Close' to exit the modal.
    Template starts downloading or modal closes.

Troubleshooting

  1. 'View format' modal shows unexpected columns or is blank.
    LikelyCause: You opened the wrong report's format modal or a page overlay prevented loading.
    Action: Close the modal and re-open the correct report's 'View format'. If blank persists, refresh the page and try again.

Note: Each report modal shows the exact 'Required fields' names — use these names when mapping your file columns.
