What do Fully matched, Partially matched, and Unmatched mean on the summary cards?

Short Answer: Fully matched: records on Side A and Side B match with no difference. Partially matched: reference matches but amounts or totals differ. Unmatched: a record has no corresponding row on the other side.

PreRequisites

  1. Have run a reconciliation and be viewing the results page

Steps

  1. Open the reconciliation results page and read the summary cards Total, Fully matched, Partially matched, Unmatched.
    You see counts and amounts for each category.

  2. Click the tab for 'Fully matched', 'Partially matched', or 'Unmatched' to view the transaction lists below the cards.
    A table of transactions in the chosen category appears.

  3. For partially matched rows click to open 'Matched transaction details' and inspect the difference to decide next action.
    You can see which values differ and why the row is partially matched.

Troubleshooting

  1. Many partially matched items due to small differences.
    LikelyCause: TDS, rounding, fees, or credit notes causing amount differences.
    Action: Open match details, inspect invoice/settlement rows, correct source data or mapping, or unmatch and adjust entries, then re-run.

Note: Each card includes Side A and Side B amounts and transaction counts; use the tabs to drill into details.
