- A reconciliation report has been run and is open.
Steps

Open the completed Bank Reconciliation report page.
Report page with summary cards and tables is visible. -
If you need the latest data, optionally click 'Add files & update report' before downloading.
Report updates with newly added files if any. -
Click the 'Download report' button in the top-right of the page.
Browser download dialog appears and the report file begins downloading. -
Save the file from your browser's download manager.
Downloaded report file available on your device.
Troubleshooting

No 'Download report' button visible.
LikelyCause: You are not on the report page or the UI is collapsed on smaller screens.
Action: Confirm you're on the Bank Reconciliation report page and expand the top-right area; use 'Back to list' to open the report if needed. -
Download doesn't start or file is corrupted.
LikelyCause: Browser download blocked or network issue.
Action: Check browser pop-up/download settings and try again; refresh the page and retry.
Note: If you need to include new uploads, use 'Add files & update report' before downloading.
