I only see the welcome message and no reconciliation entries — what should I do?

Short Answer: If Home shows 'Welcome back, John' and only the 'New reconciliation' CTA, your account currently has no saved reconciliations — click 'New reconciliation' to create one.

PreRequisites

  1. Signed in to Cointab

  2. You are on the Home page

Steps

  1. Confirm the Home header reads 'Welcome back, John' and the Reconciliation card displays a 'New reconciliation' button.
    You are on the first-time or empty-state Home.

  2. Click 'New reconciliation' to start creating your first reconciliation.
    The reconciliation creation flow opens.

  3. If you expected existing reconciliations, verify you are using the correct account check the 'PS' avatar or sign out and sign in again.
    You are confirmed on the correct account or re-signed in.

Troubleshooting

  1. I expected reconciliations but see only the 'New reconciliation' CTA.
    LikelyCause: You are signed into a different account or your account has no reconciliations yet.
    Action: Click the avatar 'PS' to check account details or sign out/sign in with the intended account. If reconciliations still do not appear, contact your account admin.
