How do I start using Reconciliation?

Short Answer: On the Products page, open the Reconciliation card and click "Try for free" or "View reconciliations" if shown to proceed to the Reconciliation area or activation flow. PreRequisites 1. Be signed in 2. Open the Products page (/products) Steps 1. Open the Products page (/products). The page loads and shows product cards including 'Reconciliation', 'Journal Entry', and 'Reports'. 2. Locate the Reconciliation card heading: 'Reconciliation'. You see the Reconciliation description and the action button on the card. 3. If the Reconciliation card shows 'Try for free', click 'Try for free'. The app begins the process to enable Reconciliation or opens the next setup flow. 4. If the Reconciliation card shows 'View reconciliations', click 'View reconciliations'. You are taken to the reconciliations area or list for your account. Troubleshooting 1. No 'Try for free' or 'View reconciliations' button visible on the Reconciliation card. LikelyCause: UI did not fully load, or your account lacks permission or product access. Action: Refresh the Products page; sign out and sign back in. If the button is still missing, contact your account admin or support for product access. 2. Clicking 'Try for free' does nothing. LikelyCause: Network error, blocked popup/script, or session expired. Action: Allow popups, refresh the page, sign out and sign in again, then try 'Try for free' again. 3. 'View reconciliations' opens but shows no data. LikelyCause: No reconciliations exist yet for your account. Action: If you expect reconciliations, verify data sources or steps to create reconciliations in your account; otherwise, enable the product click 'Try for free' if available or contact support for help. Note: The Reconciliation card description lists product capabilities but does not show the activation screen in these images.

I clicked 'Notify me' but didn't receive any notification — what should I check?

Short Answer: First confirm the Products card shows 'You will be notified'. If it does not, click 'Notify me' again. If it does and you still receive nothing, refresh and contact support if needed. PreRequisites 1. Be signed in 2. You previously clicked 'Notify me' on a 'Coming soon' card Steps 1. Open the Products page and check the card you clicked Journal Entry or Reports. The card shows 'You will be notified' if your request went through. 2. If the card still shows 'Notify me', click it again and wait for the UI to update. The card should change to 'You will be notified'. 3. If the card shows 'You will be notified' but you did not receive an external notification, allow time for announcements or releases. The app confirms your interest; actual delivery method and timing are outside these screens. 4. If problems persist, refresh the page, try another browser, or contact support for help.
