Where is the Products page and how do I open it?

Short Answer: Open the Products page at the app path /products to see the product cards Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Reports listed.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in

  2. Have web access to the app

Steps

  1. In your browser or app, navigate to the Products page URL path: /products.
    The Products page loads with the Cointab header and product cards.

  2. Scan the page for the product card you want to use for example, 'Reconciliation'.
    You can click the card action button 'Try for free', 'View reconciliations', or 'Notify me'.

Troubleshooting

  1. The /products page does not load or shows an error.
    LikelyCause: Network problem, signed-out session, or permissions.
    Action: Check network connectivity, sign in, then reload /products. If still blocked, try a different browser or contact support.
