How do I open my account menu Profile, account options?

Short Answer: Click your avatar initials 'PS' in the top-right corner to open the account menu and select options such as 'Profile' or 'Log out'.

Steps

1. Locate your avatar circle with initials 'PS' in the top-right of the Top bar.
   You see the avatar next to the notifications icon.

2. Click the avatar PS.
   An account menu dropdown opens showing account-related options.

3. Select the menu item you need for example, 'Profile' to view/edit your profile.
   The app navigates to the selected account area.

4. To close the menu without taking an action, click anywhere outside the menu or press Esc.
   The account menu closes and you remain on the same page.

Troubleshooting

1. I can't see my avatar or account menu.
   LikelyCause: You may not be signed in, or the window is too narrow responsive layout.
   Action: Sign in to Cointab. If signed in, expand the browser window or check on a larger display. Then click the top-right area again.

2. Clicking the avatar does not open the menu.
   LikelyCause: A script error, overlay, or extension is blocking the dropdown.
   Action: Reload the page. If that doesn't help, try another browser or disable browser extensions and retry.
