How do I see how many files were processed for a reconciliation?

Last updated on Aug 27, 2026

Short Answer: Check the 'Files' column in the Reconciliations table; it shows the number of files attached to each reconciliation.

PreRequisites

  1. At least one reconciliation is listed

Steps

  1. Open the Reconciliations page and locate the 'Files' column in the table.
Each row shows a file icon and a number representing how many files were included.

  2. If you need more details about the files, open the reconciliation's report via 'View report'.
The report provides further information about the processed files report screen not shown.

Troubleshooting

  1. Files count is blank or zero.
LikelyCause: No files were included in that run or the run failed to process files.
Action: Open 'View report' to confirm; re-run with files via '+ New reconciliation' if needed.

Note: Example rows show numeric file counts e.g., '5' next to a file icon in the 'Files' column.
