Why does the page say 'No reconciliations yet' and how do I fix it?

Steps

  1. Confirm the message 'No reconciliations yet' is displayed on the page.
    You see the message and the '+ New reconciliation' button below it.

  2. Click '+ New reconciliation' to begin a reconciliation run.
    The new reconciliation flow opens not shown.

  3. Run the reconciliation according to the on-screen steps; return to this page to view results.
    Once complete, the reconciliation appears in the list.

Troubleshooting

  1. I expected existing reconciliations but see this message.
    LikelyCause: You may be in the wrong account or filters are hiding results.
    Action: Verify you are signed into the correct account and clear filters with 'Reset'.
