Why does the Reconciliations table show 'No reconciliations found'?

Last updated on Aug 27, 2026

Short Answer: 'No reconciliations found' indicates active filters exclude all results; clear filters with 'Reset' or widen filter criteria.

PreRequisites

  1. On the Reconciliations page

Steps

  1. Notice the 'No reconciliations found' message in the table area.
You confirm that the table has no visible rows.

  2. Click 'Reset' to clear all filters.
Filters clear and either the full list or 'No reconciliations yet' appears.

  3. If results still do not appear, adjust 'Period' and 'Run by' to broader values or create a reconciliation with '+ New reconciliation'.
You either see reconciliations or confirm none exist for the selected criteria.

Troubleshooting

  1. Reset returns no results.
LikelyCause: There are no reconciliations in the account/time period.
Action: Run a new reconciliation by clicking '+ New reconciliation' or verify you are in the correct account.

Note: Exact message shown: 'No reconciliations found. Try adjusting the filters to view available reconciliations.'
