What do the top summary cards Total, Fully matched, Partially matched, Unmatched, Skipped show?

Last updated on Aug 27, 2026

Short Answer: Each card summarizes reconciliation totals: Internal and External amounts and transaction counts, plus a 'Difference' for that category.

PreRequisites

  1. You are viewing the report page with summary cards visible

Steps

  1. Locate the summary cards titled 'Total', 'Fully matched', 'Partially matched', 'Unmatched', 'Skipped' at the top of the page.
Each card displays Internal and External amounts and transaction counts.

  2. Click a card for example 'Fully matched' to open the corresponding tab and list below.
The matching transaction list for that category appears and the tab becomes active.

  3. Read the 'Difference' value shown at the bottom of the card to see the mismatch for that category.
'Difference' is displayed e.g., $0 for Fully matched.

  4. To check which external sources make up the External total, click the small info 'i' next to 'External'.
A 'Breakdown by report' popover shows per-report Amount and Transactions.

Troubleshooting

  1. Totals or counts appear inconsistent.
LikelyCause: Some records may be in 'Partially matched' or 'Skipped' categories and not included in 'Fully matched'.
Action: Open the 'Partially matched' and 'Skipped' tabs and inspect individual rows and breakdowns.

Note: Card values are clickable and open the corresponding transaction list beneath the cards.
