How do I use the three-dot menu to Share, Copy reconciliation, Delete records or Delete report?

Short Answer: Click the three-dot menu near 'Download report' to open options: 'Share', 'Copy reconciliation', 'Delete records' and 'Delete report'. 'Delete report' is shown in red.

  1. Be on the reconciliation results page

Steps

  1. On the results page locate and click the three-dot menu ellipsis near 'Download report'.
    Menu expands showing options.

  2. Select the desired action: 'Share', 'Copy reconciliation', 'Delete records' or 'Delete report'.
    The chosen action executes or a follow-up prompt appears.

  3. If selecting 'Delete report', note the red styling and follow any confirmation prompts shown.
    Deletion proceeds after confirmation if required.
