How do I download, share, copy, or delete a reconciliation?

PreRequisites

  1. Open the reconciliation summary page for the report you want to act on.

Steps

  1. Open the report summary page Credit Card recon.
    You see the 'Download report' button and a three-dot menu near it.

  2. To export results click 'Download report'.
    The report download initiates in the browser.

  3. Click the three-dot menu to open more actions.
    A menu opens showing options: 'Share', 'Copy reconciliation', 'Delete records', 'Delete report'.

  4. Choose the desired action from the menu e.g., 'Share' or 'Delete report'.
    The selected action begins; follow any confirmation prompts if shown.

Troubleshooting

  1. I can't open the three-dot menu or options are missing.
