Last updated on Sep 08, 2026

Short Answer: After clicking 'Run reconciliation', review the summary cards Total, Fully matched, Partially matched, Unmatched, then use the tabs and '+ Add filter' to inspect transaction lists.

PreRequisites

  1. You have run reconciliation clicked 'Run reconciliation'.

  2. You are on the TDS report results page.

Steps

  1. Click 'Run reconciliation' from the Party mapping modal to start the process.
The app runs reconciliation and opens the results page with summary cards.

  2. On the results page review the summary cards: 'Total', 'Fully matched', 'Partially matched', 'Unmatched'.
Each card shows Books / ledger and 26AS totals and transaction counts.

  3. Scroll down to the transactions table and click 'Fully matched', 'Partially matched', or 'Unmatched' tabs to view corresponding rows.
The selected tab displays a list of transactions for review.

  4. Use '+ Add filter' to narrow results by available fields.
Filters are applied and table updates accordingly.

  5. Click any transaction row to open details and inspect match reasons.
The details modal opens Matched transaction details for that row.

Troubleshooting

  1. Summary 'Difference' shows a non-zero value.
LikelyCause: There are partially matched or unmatched transactions causing the difference.
Action: Open 'Partially matched' and 'Unmatched' tabs, inspect rows, correct mappings or source data and re-run reconciliation.

  2. Applying filters returns no rows.
LikelyCause: Filter criteria are too narrow or incorrect.
Action: Remove or broaden filters using '+ Add filter' and retry.
