How do I add supporting data?

Short Answer: Click '+ Add supporting data' link at the bottom right of the card and select the supporting file(s) from your device.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in.

  2. Have supporting file(s) ready on your device.

Steps

  1. Scroll to the bottom-right of the Books card to find '+ Add supporting data'.
    You see the '+ Add supporting data' link.

  2. Click '+ Add supporting data'.
    A file picker opens or the app provides a way to attach supporting files.

  3. Select the supporting file(s) in the file picker and confirm to upload.
    Supporting data uploads and is associated with Side A or Side B.

Troubleshooting

  1. I don’t see '+ Add supporting data' on the page.
    LikelyCause: You may not be on the correct card or lack permissions.
    Action: Confirm you’re viewing the correct card, refresh, and check your permissions with an administrator.

  2. Supporting file upload fails.
    LikelyCause: Network error or unsupported file type.
    Action: Retry the upload, try a smaller file or different format, and check your connection.

Note: Supporting data is added separately from the main Side files.
