Troubleshooting
-
Clicking 'Request access' has no effect.
LikelyCause: Temporary UI or network issue page freeze or lost connection.
Action: Refresh the page, confirm you are signed in, then click 'Request access' again. If it still fails, email [email protected] with a screenshot of the issue. -
No 'Request received' confirmation appears after clicking.
LikelyCause: Network error prevented submission.
Action: Retry the same steps after refreshing; if repeated attempts fail, contact [email protected] and include a screenshot.
Note: Requesting access does not immediately restore full access — you'll receive a confirmation and the team will follow up.
