Short Answer: Confirm you saw the 'Request received' modal, check your email including spam, then email [email protected] with a screenshot if you still haven't heard back.
PreRequisites
-
You clicked 'Request access' or attempted to.
-
You can send email from your account.
Steps
-
Confirm you saw the 'Request received' modal that says the team will contact you at [email protected].
You have visual confirmation the request was submitted. -
Check your email inbox and spam/promotions folders for messages from [email protected].
You locate any communication from support. -
If you still have no contact, send a message to [email protected] containing your account name, the time you requested access, and a screenshot of the expiry banner or 'Request received' modal.
Support receives your direct request for follow-up. -
If the UI did not show 'Request received', refresh and retry 'Request access' before emailing support.
Either the confirmation appears or support can handle your direct email.
Troubleshooting
-
I never saw the 'Request received' confirmation after clicking.
LikelyCause: Network or client-side error prevented request submission.
Action: Refresh the page and try again. If the confirmation still does not appear, email [email protected] with a screenshot. -
I checked spam and found nothing from [email protected].
LikelyCause: Support reply pending or sent from a different address.
Action: Email [email protected] directly with your account details and a screenshot of the expiry banner/modal.
Note: Include a screenshot of the banner or modal in your email to speed up support triage.
