How do I view version history and what does it show?

Short Answer: Click the clock/version-history icon in the 'Edit reconciliation' header to open 'Version history' and see saved versions with details author, timestamp, tags.

PreRequisites

  1. Open the 'Edit reconciliation' page.

Steps

  1. On the 'Edit reconciliation' page click the clock/version history icon near the page title.
    The 'Version history' modal opens.

  2. Review the version list in the modal example shows 'Version 1 Current Initial version Created by Support Cointab 17 Sep 2026, 5:45 PM'.
    You can see version names, status tags such as 'Current', author info and timestamps.

Troubleshooting

  1. I can't open version history or the icon isn't visible.
    LikelyCause: You may be on a different page or lack necessary access to view versions.
    Action: Ensure you are on the 'Edit reconciliation' page and signed in to the correct account; contact the report owner or Support if the icon still doesn't appear.
