How do I view the Report details (Run ID, Run on, Run by, Status, Report structure, Data used)?

Short Answer: Click 'Report details' in the report header to open the Report details modal that shows Run ID, Run on, Run by, Status, Report structure, Data used, and Report filters.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in.

  2. Open the report page for example, the report titled 'Test'.

Steps

  1. On the report page, click 'Report details' in the header.
    The 'Report details' modal opens.

  2. In the modal, review the 'Run details' section for 'Run ID', 'Run on', 'Run by', and 'Status'.
    You see values such as Run ID, Run on timestamp, Run by name, and Status e.g., Completed.

  3. Scroll to the 'Report structure' and 'Data used' sections in the modal.
    You can read Rows, Columns, Values and the listed data source(s).

  4. Close the modal by clicking the 'x' in the top-right of the modal.
    The modal closes and you return to the report page.

Troubleshooting

  1. Clicking 'Report details' does nothing.
    LikelyCause: Page not fully loaded or temporary UI issue.
    Action: Reload the report page and try again.

  2. 'Report structure' shows 'Columns: None' or 'Data used' appears incomplete.
    LikelyCause: Report has no column grouping or the source file isn't included for this run.
