Last updated on Oct 14, 2026

Short Answer: Open 'Report details' and look under 'Data used' shows the dataset e.g., 'Sales' and the record count '12', or open the 'Sales (12)' tab to view the source rows.

PreRequisites

  1. Be on the report page.

  2. Open 'Report details' or the 'Sales' tab.

Steps

  1. Click 'Report details' in the report header.
Modal opens and 'Data used' is visible.

  2. In the modal, read the 'Data used' section to find source dataset(s) for example, the tile shows 'Sales' with associated numbers.
You see the named data source and the count shown in the UI.

  3. Alternatively, click the 'Sales (12)' tab to view the 12 raw rows used by the report.
The raw data table displays the source rows.

Troubleshooting

  1. 'Data used' is empty or shows a different count than expected.
LikelyCause: You are viewing a different run or filters are applied.
Action: Check the 'Run on' timestamp in 'Report details', clear any active filters and re-open the 'Sales (12)' tab.
