How do I change whether values display as Columns or Rows?

Short Answer: In Layout and sorting, choose the radio option under 'Display values as' — select either 'Columns' or 'Rows'.

PreRequisites

  1. You can view the Layout and sorting section. Scroll if needed.

  2. Preferably have at least one value field added so layout effects are visible.

Steps

  1. Scroll to the Layout and sorting section.
    You see 'Display values as' with radio options Columns and Rows.

  2. Select the radio for Columns or Rows under 'Display values as'.
    The selected option is applied; the report layout updates to show values in the chosen orientation.

Troubleshooting

  1. Changing Columns/Rows does not change the report layout.
