How do I show or hide grand totals in my report?

Steps

  1. Open the Layout and sorting section.
    Grand totals area is visible with toggles for Show grand total row and Show grand total column.

  2. Toggle Show grand total row on or off to show/hide the grand total row.
    The grand total row appears or disappears in the report preview.

  3. Toggle Show grand total column on or off to show/hide the grand total column.
    The grand total column appears or disappears in the report preview.

Troubleshooting

  1. Grand totals do not appear after enabling the toggles.
    LikelyCause: There are no value or row/column fields added to the report.
    Action: Add at least one field under Values and at least one Row or Column field, then toggle grand totals again.

  2. Toggle does not change state or is unresponsive.
    LikelyCause: Transient UI issue or permission limitation.
