Steps

Open the three-dot menu near 'Download' and choose 'View trial balance'.
Trial balance modal appears. -
Click the 'Download original file' button at the bottom-right of the modal.
Browser downloads the original uploaded file for example 'Demo.xlsx'.
Troubleshooting

Clicking 'Download original file' does not start a download.
LikelyCause: Browser blocked the download or there is a network issue.
Action: Allow downloads for this site, check your network, or try again in a different browser. -
Downloaded file is not the expected version.
LikelyCause: The file on the reconciliation may have been replaced or the wrong file was uploaded.
Action: Confirm the uploader shown in the modal and ask them to re-upload the correct file if needed.
