  1. Open the account detail by clicking an account row in the Balance Sheet.

Steps

  1. Open the account detail by clicking the account row. The account modal appears showing the top summary and status.

  2. Read the GL balance panel (labelled 'GL balance' with subtext 'From trial balance - read-only') and the Supported balance panel (labelled 'Supported balance' with subtext 'Sum of supporting items'). You can see GL and Supported balances and their subtext.

  3. Check the 'Difference', 'Reconciling items' and 'Unexplained difference' lines and review 'Supporting items', 'Attachments' and 'Reconciliation note' sections below. All key reconciliation fields are visible for review and action.
